Shipping Policy

 
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are shipped via UPS with a minimum of 3 day shipping. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii we highly recommend next day delivery.
 

How is shipping calculated?

The fee for shipping is calculated based on our current negotiated rates with UPS for the total weight of the order. Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the total weight of your order.
 

When does my order get shipped?

Under the following conditions, orders will not be shipped until the following Monday:

  • Any order placed on Friday,Saturday or Sunday
  • Orders placed on Wednesdays with 3 day shipping (only available seasonally)
  • Orders placed on Thursdays after 3pm with 2-3 day shipping
  • Orders placed on Fridays will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Next day delivery orders should be placed by 12 PM MST.
 

How is my order shipped?

shipping-packagingAll orders are packaged in a sealed container, surrounded by dry ice or gel packs, enclosed in an insulated outer container, and loaded into a corrugated outer container.
 

Shipping Restrictions

  • UPS may not leave packages in open areas (apartment or condo complexes)
  • We do not currently ship to PO Boxes. All shipments require a street address.
  • We do not currently ship to APO and other US Military locations due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • We do not ship internationally due to customs laws.

Tracking information for your order will be emailed to the email address that you provide with your order. You may call (970)-834-1388 between 9 AM and 5 PM MST to find out the status of your order.
